The location of the meeting has been changed from the offices of Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP at 100 King Street and will now be held at the Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre, King Conference Room, at 525 Bay Street, Toronto, ON, M5G 2L2. To ensure no adverse impact to shareholders, the anticipated start time for the meeting has been kept the same at 1:00PM, Toronto time.
